Music and Effects (M&E) Creation
Our engineers have been creating fully filled Music & Effects (M&E) tracks for over two decades. We can work from discrete stems or re-build an M&E from a composite-only track. Our fully licensed music and sound effect libraries, (included at no additional cost), along with our 600 square foot Foley stage, provide our editors with the flexibility to create an M&E that is true to the spirit of the original program.
Our editors can handle the most challenging of projects - rebuilding an M&E track from a mixed composite track. Our editors find authentic replacement music cues from either within the program or from our extensive licensed library that match the tempo, mood, and era of the original material.

Hundreds of music and effects tracks have been created in Studio E.
Adventures in M&E creation.
Chace created a complete M&E track for The Adventures of Robin Hood from a composite English track and some original music from ¼” tape.
Foley Pits.
New Foley can be recorded at Stage B to match original effects that need to be removed from composite audio in order to create a fully filled music and effects track.
