Client Services consists of Project Managers and Project Coordinators who personally handle all of the work that comes through Chace. Every client is paired with a representative who guides his or her project through the facility from first contact through production, deliverable creation, shipping, and billing. Few other facilities offer this one-on-one service from start to finish.

Chace’s unique production environment includes a comprehensive collection of project files. These files contain the details of every job and have been meticulously documented and saved since 1986. They are an invaluable resource for clients who revisit titles as technological advances make the repurposing of tracks viable.

Project Managers and Project Coordinators also personally cater to client needs when they visit. Snacks and beverages are provided to suit every taste; breakfast, lunch, or dinner service is available as well.
