Greg Faust, Mixer
Greg Faust has been one of Chace Audio’s lead home entertainment mixers since 1998. He has re-mixed theatrical catalog titles such as On the Waterfront, Some Like It Hot, and Raging Bull for home video as well as mixed contemporary tracks like the theatrical rockumentary Dig! and “Piano Blues,” Clint Eastwood’s installment for the PBS miniseries, The Blues.
Other career highlights at Chace include his work upmixing the entire original Mission Impossible and Twin Peaks television series to 5.1, upmixing the ninth season of CSI to 7.1, upmixing the original Bond film Dr. No to 5.1, and remixing Close Encounters of the Third Kind for Blu-ray Disc®. Greg works out of Studio R - originally designed to THX PM3 specifications, this room is ideal as a near field environment and translates remarkably well to theatrical space.
Prior to working for Chace, Greg lived in New York City and mixed for DuArt Film and Video. He is also a freelance composer for television/film and an accomplished musician.
